2003s BATTLESTAR GALACTICA modifying and re-detailing the Moebius kit to the CGIs of Zoic Studios building process: click on each pic to get a hi-res image First I scaled and printed the Zoic orthos and started measuring and comparing I wanted to armor plates to be ontop of the ribs, so I drilled and cut space underneath the plates: I also started sanding off the lower plating.. Additional to the kit I used some styrene, brass, photoetched parts by PGMS Paragrafix (I only used the hangar bay interior), replacement guns by Timeslip Creations and custom printed decals by JBOT Decals.. Different to what the instructions say I glued this one before I attached the rest of the head.. Modified and re-detailed Moebius kit in 1:4105 scale And here it is: my modified Moebius Galactica. 3

And heres a comparison shot (before/after modification) Heres the crucial area where the front parts joins the fuselage.. Sanded the edges smoothly: The head-neck-joint need A LOT of work The head needed to - be in-line with the neck 2 mm lowered have parallel ribs with the necks ribs fit to the previously attached lower part of the alligator-head Before attaching the upper head section, the underside needed some re-detailing as well as the lower head section.. Interior parts added The landing bays are a bit too long, so I cut out one element of ribs: The bigger triangular door required a new window for the museum hangar Modified hangar-housing, rising of the arm-attachments Tried some details on the hangar-housings attempt to drill triangular holes into the hangar for the viper launchtubes.. Modeled and textured by Joshua Stubbles & Thibault Testart Foundation 3D, 3D Forums and Computer Graphics Portal.. Here I took a photo of the tools I used for re-creating the ribs: I cut the landing bay decals to shorten them and after attaching them I sprayed them with 70/30 matte clear coat/light grey for the scale effect. e10c415e6f https://riatitalle.mystrikingly.com/blog/ableton-live-10-for-mac-torrent

I kind of hated this area here, because the ribs MUST go underneath the armor plating, so same procedure drilling, cutting, sanding. https://riatitalle.mystrikingly.com/blog/ableton-live-10-for-mac-torrent
